In recent years, Anna has shifted her concentration from the provision of detailed work in technical aspects of building and construction to consulting in the asset lifecycle and maintenance management space. In particular, Anna has played key roles as an advisor on significant facilities and maintenance management outsourcing contracts and the implementation.
